this week was tough. i allowed myself a “cheat meal” where i could eat what i wanted and as much as i wanted. i actually had no desire to overeat and maintained some self-control, even though i had a license to indulge. small victories.
with the school year fast approaching, i wasn’t able to work-out as much as i had planned. i had hoped for 4 trips to the gym, and got 3. i had hoped for 2 strength-training sessions and got 1.
but, i’ve got a little traction. despite all that, i lost a little weight. and so, here are the numbers:
starting weight: 199.0
last week’s weight: 195.6
today’s weight: 194.2
week’s difference: -1.4
total difference: -4.8
