bringing sexy back, part 5

this last week was tough due to the fact that i found myself eating dorm food and in a big van going to and from a conference. i got a few sessions of cardio work in, but no lifting. i felt like a slug all week (even though i was walking and sweating everywhere) and wondered what the scale would read yesterday morning. 

here are the numbers:

starting weight: 199.0
last week’s weight: 192.8
today’s weight: 191.4
week’s difference: -1.4
total difference: -7.6

yep. that makes 4 weeks out of 5 that i have lost exactly 1.4 pounds. now it’s just getting spooky.
