bringing sexy back, part 8

i didn’t want to step on the scale today. i knew it would be bad news. 

but, alas, i needed to know where i stood so i could get back on the diet and exercise horse after a wild and crazy labor day.

and i was surprised. i lost weight. a good chunk of weight. 

and get this: i’m not sure it’s a good thing.

my eating habits this last week have been poor. as in, i wasn’t eating enough. this wasn’t necessarily by motivated choice. i was just busy. and so, while i’m excited about my numbers, i’m not sure it’s sustainable. we shall see.

here they are:

starting weight: 199.0
last week’s weight: 188.2
today’s weight: 185.2
week’s difference: -3.0
total difference: -13.8
