well, the 10th installment of ‘bringing sexy back.’ i’m a bit sporadic on the updates, but here is the latest.
my second 6-week challenge just wrapped up. i ate well during these 6 weeks, but did not exercise well. i am planning on getting back into a good routine of exercise during the winter months, in hopes that a little pumping blood and elevated heart rate will help keep away the winter blahs that affect me so much.
and so, i’ve lost some weight. but not as much as i would have had i been exercising. but i am proud to have kept off what i lost during the first 6 weeks and to add to that total during the second 6 weeks.
here are the numbers:
starting weight: 199.0
weight 2 weeks ago: 185.6
last week’s weight: 183.2
this week’s weight: 182.6
total difference: -16.4
