Behold the Lamb of God

this weekend, my wife and i will scratch something off our bucket list.

we are headed to nashville to see one of our favorite artists, andrew peterson, perform on his “Behold the Lamb of God” tour at the Ryman Auditorium.

andrew has been a favorite of ours since college. and his stuff gets better and better with every album he releases. the BTLOG album was written as a musical of sorts, telling the story of Christ’s amazing birth.

for years, we have flirted with attending one of his shows on the tour. he always made a stop in omaha when we lived there. but we have never made it. this year, we will make it. and we will make it to the historic Ryman. and we will do so with one of our favorite friends, whom we have yet to meet in real life.

it’s going to be amazing.

enjoy one of the songs from BTLOG, “labor of love,” set to scenes from the movie “the nativity.”
